The five main things you will want to know are:
     1. Guest count. While most party bus companies charge by the hour, some charge per passenger. Even if they do charge by the hour, you'll want to know your guest count to ensure you pick the right size bus.

       2. Time length. Remember that you're paying by the hour. When letting your party bus representative know how long you would like to book the bus for, be sure to give yourself plenty of time and account for drive times between stops.

    3. The rules. Read the rental agreement/contract! You will see many of the same stipulations shared between party bus companies' contracts, but many have their own special rules as well. It is important to read this document thoroughly, especially when dealing with a busload of inebriated passengers.

       4. The fees. It's okay to ask about any extra fees. Most party bus companies include a service charge that is a percentage of your subtotal, but you want to make sure you know exactly what that fee covers.

3. Call the party bus company or fill out a website form (the latter of which is the most helpful since it usually includes all of the information you need to know before booking). If you don't know all the details, that's okay! Just fill out what you can.
4. Review the quote that is sent to you and ask any questions you may have. Don't be shy!
5. Book your party bus and time slot with a deposit.
6. Pay the remaining balance when it is due (the due date varies depending on the party bus company).
7. Have fun!
